a) Returns & Exchange Policy
- Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made based on the information you provide.
- We strongly request you to review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Ensure spellings, names, and other details are accurate, as your order will be printed exactly as submitted.
- However, if there is a mistake from our end, despite correct details being provided, we will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost.
b) Order Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- COD Orders: Orders will be canceled if the verification email or SMS remains unanswered within 24 hours, or if you choose to cancel during verification.
c) Refunds
- In case of a cancellation, error, or excess charge from our side, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your account via NEFT or the original mode of payment, depending on the transaction type.
